A gentle and joyful movement class for pregnant women and mothers who would like to connect with their bodies through dance.
Using beginner-friendly belly dance movements, we focus on posture, mobility, body awareness, and pelvic-floor-conscious movement. The class can help relieve tension in the back, shoulders, and hips while promoting confidence, wellbeing, and a positive connection with the changing body.
No previous dance experience is needed. The emphasis is on enjoyment, self-care, and moving in a supportive and welcoming atmosphere.
